Upfront Static Caravans
Upfront Gallery has a small select site with three well appointed static holiday caravans available to let. We are currently building 2 environmentally friendly low carbon eco-lodges due to be completed for easter 2010.
We have three holiday homes, with timber balconies and patio sets. Number 3 has a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Number 2 has a double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Number 1 is the smallest static and has one double bedroom.
All our holiday homes have fully equipped kitchens (microwaves in the two larger holiday homes), televisions with freeview boxes, and bathrooms with shower. Bed linen, duvets, pillows & teatowels are provided. You need to provide your own bathroom towels.
Pets are welcome by arrangement and can be walked in the surrounding fields.
Our three static caravans are situated in a quiet corner of a well-mown and landscaped field. The farm buildings are used for our Gallery, Coffee Shop & Puppet Theatre business.
The village of Unthank is approx. 6 miles north of Penrith and within walking distance of the stately home of Hutton-in-the-Forest. We are in a peaceful, rural location; but very accessible for the Eden Valley and Northern Lakes. It is 30 minutes to Carlisle, Keswick and Lake Ullswater. There is a choice of pubs within a couple of miles.
Fees are £175 - £350 per week. Gas and electricity are included. A deposit of £50 per week is required with your booking, the balance being due when you arrive for your holiday. Confirmation of your booking and route directions will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
